By using the Awyke application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Awyke. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription Models: Awyke offers a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges for the chosen plan. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store settings. We do not process refunds directly.
Disclaimer: Awyke is an alarm app designed to help you wake up. While we strive for extreme reliability, we cannot guarantee the App will function perfectly in all circumstances (e.g., dead battery, silent mode, software updates). We are not liable for any consequences of late awakening.
Awyke Missions (like Push Ups or Dance) required for silencing the alarm are performed at your own risk. Do not perform physical missions if it is unsafe to do so. You can adjust the sensitivity in settings.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Awyke or use the App for any illegal purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awyke and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
